Siam Curcuma is extremely strong and therefore hardly susceptible to diseases and pests. In our breeding, the focus is on the aesthetics of the plant and its applicability in different cultivation systems.

The Siam series is propagated in several labs, located all over the world. These labs are located at logistically strategic locations, which means that we produce as much local-for-local as possible. All starting materials leaving the labs are uniform and meet the KP Holland quality requirements. This way, our growers are guaranteed consistent crops.

Flowering trials
The flowering of the available varieties is monitored during the season by the cultivation managers. The special shelf life area is always full of shelf life tests in different flowering stages. We only introduce new varieties if they have a longer shelf life than their predecessors.
