Xclusive Young Plants is a cuttings producing company in Uganda of which KP Holland and SV.CO are co-owners. We consist of 3 departments; Xclusive Young Plants, Kalanchoe and Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares and we work together with 600 colleagues every day to optimally serve our customers. Xclusive is known for the innovative way of working, our care for employees and the community around us and our culture in which we achieve our goals together. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating processes between production, planning and expedition
  • Process/protocol development
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Budgeting
  • Team/people management (up to 200 staff)
  • Labour planning

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Horticulture
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good command of English
  • Hands on personality
  • Experience with Excel. Experience with PAT software is of added value

Je komt te werken op onze locatie aan de Herenwerf 34 te Maasland. Op deze locatie van 36.000m² wordt Kalanchoë in potmaat 6, 7 en 15 cm geteeld.
